Yes, upgrades are instant and downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle.
-
Your server will be suspended a few days after the due date. We hold suspended server data for a limited time before it is permanently deleted. You will receive multiple email reminders before any action is taken.
-
Yes! We offer discounts for quarterly, semi-annual, and annual payments. You can see these options on the checkout page when ordering a new service.
-
No. We believe in transparent pricing. There are absolutely no hidden setup fees on any of our hosting plans.
-
The Panel (based on Pterodactyl) is your server's command center. Here you can start, stop, and restart your server, manage files, install plugins/mods, view the console, and configure all your server settings.
-
Servers are set up instantly after payment. You'll receive an email with details within minutes.
-
SFTP stands for Secure File Transfer Protocol. It allows you to manage your server files directly from your computer using a client like FileZilla or WinSCP. It's much faster for uploading large files, like worlds or modpacks, compared to the web file manager. You can find your SFTP details in the game panel.
-
Yes, dedicated IP addresses are available as an add-on for most game server plans. This gives you the default port for your game (e.g., 25565 for Minecraft) and can help with server branding. You can order one from the client area.
-
Yes, our game panel allows you to create backups of your server with a single click. You can also schedule automatic backups to run daily or weekly, ensuring your data is always safe. We recommend downloading important backups to your own computer as well.
-
Lag can have many causes. First, check your server's resource usage (CPU/RAM) in the panel. High usage might mean you need an upgrade. Second, review recently added plugins or mods, as some can be very resource-intensive. For Minecraft, a timings report can help pinpoint the cause. If you're still stuck, our support team is happy to help you diagnose the issue!
-
Yes, all plans include enterprise-grade DDoS protection for uninterrupted service.
-
Our primary high-performance servers, including the Ryzen 9 7950X3D nodes, are located in a top-tier datacenter in Germany to provide excellent low-latency connections to players in Europe and the Middle East.
-
Premium plans offer fantastic performance with shared CPU cores on our high-end hardware, perfect for most servers. Extreme plans provide dedicated CPU resources (cores/threads) for your server only. This guarantees maximum, uncontested performance, making it ideal for large communities, heavily modded servers, or anyone who demands the absolute best.
-
We currently offer hosting for Minecraft, Rust, and Discord Bots. We are always expanding and plan to support games like ARK, Palworld, and FiveM soon.
-
While our one-click installers are for supported games, some plans (especially our more powerful ones) may be able to run other game servers if they are compatible with a Linux environment. You would need to set this up manually via SFTP. Please contact our support team to discuss your specific needs.
-
Yes! If our listed plans don't quite fit your needs, please open a support ticket or contact us on Discord. We are happy to create a custom plan tailored to your specific RAM, CPU, and storage requirements.
-
For Minecraft, a good starting point is 1GB of RAM for every 5-10 players on a lightly-modded server. For modpacks, we recommend starting with at least 6-8GB of RAM. For Rust, player count is the main factor. If you're unsure, our support team can provide a personalized recommendation based on your needs.
-
This means we don't artificially limit the number of players who can join your server in our software. However, the actual number of players your server can handle smoothly is determined by the RAM and CPU resources of your plan and the mods/plugins you've installed.
-
Absolutely. Our panel allows you to upload and run your own custom server JAR files. This gives you the freedom to run any server software you prefer, such as specific forks of PaperMC or unique modded server types.
-
Yes, we do! Our smaller plans (like the 1GB plans) are perfect and cost-effective for running a proxy server. You can then link it to your other game servers to create a network.
-
Yes! Heavy modpacks are one of the main reasons we use high-performance hardware. For a demanding pack like RLCraft, we strongly recommend choosing a plan with at least 8GB of RAM to ensure a smooth experience for you and your players.
-
Our panel includes a one-click installer for uMod (Oxide), the most popular modding framework for Rust. Once uMod is installed, you can simply upload your desired plugins to the
oxide/plugins
directory via SFTP or the web file manager. -
Our Bot Hosting plans are perfect for Discord bots written in popular languages like JavaScript (Node.js) and Python. They are also suitable for other lightweight, continuously running applications.
-
Yes. Our bot hosting environment gives you access to the console and file manager. For Node.js bots, you can upload your
package.json
and runnpm install
from the startup tab. For Python, you can upload arequirements.txt
file and install packages usingpip install -r requirements.txt
.

The plugin sends a message with the coordinates of your grave in the chat when you die. We recommend taking a screenshot of this message. Future versions may include a command to show the location of your last grave.
-
Grave Box's placement logic is designed to bypass most region protections to ensure the grave is always placed. However, other players cannot break the grave or access it if they do not have the necessary permissions in that region, and the grave is locked to its owner by default.
-
The plugin is optimized with checks to prevent excessively large chain reactions. While it's efficient for natural veins, extremely large, man-made ore clusters could cause a brief spike. Future updates will include a configurable
max-chain
limit to prevent this. -
Yes! The enchantment on the tool you use to break the first block is applied to all subsequent blocks broken in the chain reaction. This means you'll get the full benefit of your enchanted tools.
-
OneHitTree is designed to be efficient, but extremely large trees (thousands of blocks) might cause a momentary server tick delay. We recommend testing on your specific custom trees. A future update will add a block limit to prevent performance issues.
-
The current version drops any valid Minecraft item at random. A highly-requested feature for a future update is a configurable item list with custom chances, which would allow you to create your own loot tables.
-
Skip Night is a Minecraft plugin that lets players vote to skip the night. It supports multiple versions and is highly configurable. Learn more.
-
You can configure the required percentage, messages, and other settings in the
config.yml
file located in the/plugins/SkipNight/
folder on your server. -
Yes! Skip Night works seamlessly with GeyserMC. Bedrock players can vote and see all messages just like Java players.
-
Grave Box is a plugin that creates a grave at your death location, storing all your items safely. Learn more.
-
Simply find your grave and right-click it. All your items will be returned to your inventory. If your inventory is full, any overflow items will drop on the ground.
-
Grave Box is smart! It will search for the nearest safe location to place your grave, so you won't have to swim in lava to get your items back.
-
By default, graves are permanent until looted. However, you can enable and configure a timer in the
config.yml
file to make graves expire after a certain amount of time. -
Yes, enable Discord notifications in the plugin's config and add your webhook URL.
